The Heritage Foundation Inc is a membership-based organization. Membership funds are used to supplement restricted grant funds. Individual, corporate and business memberships are available.

The Heritage Foundation also uses volunteers in various aspects of its programs. And donations such as personal hygiene, clothes, and house wares are accepted.
